Donald H. Brockway, 69, of Wellsboro, died on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017. 
He was born on April 2, 1948, in Corning, N.Y., a son of the late Henry and Eunice (Perry) Brockway, Jr. 
Don was a Vietnam veteran serving with the United States Army.
